All products are presented with as much accuracy and transparency as possible, including origin, treatments, and material descriptions.
3. Payments & Checkout
We accept the following payment methods:
– Bank transfers (including special arrangements for select clients)
– Offline payments (by agreement)
Customers may choose to checkout as a guest or register an account. Creating an account offers benefits like order tracking and faster future purchases.
For special purchases (e.g., director-level payments), coupon-based or invitation-based methods may apply.
4. Shipping & Delivery
– All physical goods are shipped from Sri Lanka.
– Main carriers: Sri Lanka Post and DHL.
– We offer international shipping wherever legally permitted.
– Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.
We are not liable for delays or additional fees caused by customs procedures.
5. Returns & Refunds
We aim to offer a fair and transparent return policy:
– Gemstones may be returned within 14 days, provided they are in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by their respective certification (if applicable).
– Most gemstones are provided with an official NGJA certificate. For stones under USD 150, certification may be omitted unless specifically requested. For stones at or above USD 150, Noble Horizon offers either an NGJA certificate or our in-house “Noble Horizon Quality Check” document at no extra charge.
– Customers may opt to obtain an independent third-party certification within 14 days of purchase. If that certification reveals material discrepancies from our original report, the customer may either return the gemstone or request a price adjustment.
– Tea and other eligible goods may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
– Consulting and services remain non-returnable.
– Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Data Protection & Privacy
We only collect personal data necessary to process your orders and ensure secure delivery. No additional data is collected without your consent.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.
