Right of Withdrawal:
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made through this website within 14 days, without having to state any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person authorized by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly and within the specified timeframe. You may do so conveniently using our contact form. We kindly ask that you return the goods in their original condition and packaging, where reasonably possible.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs if applicable. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned goods or satisfactory evidence of their return.

Please note that the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
