Return Conditions:
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom or perishable items are excluded from return unless faulty.
Return Process:
Contact our support team before sending anything back.
After confirmation, send the item to the return address we provide.
Please include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
We refund the product cost, but not the original shipping fee.
Refunds are made using the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
